I am a certified inspector, and I will take your home through a rigorous 400-point inspection survey. I will examine all areas of your home, both interior and exterior. I will then provide you with a detailed report, along with photos, of our findings. I will arrange for onsite follow up meetings or conference calls to discuss any issues that may need further explanation and/or evaluation.
The State of Ohio is one of twelve states in the country that does not require a home inspector to be licensed. This can make choosing a qualified inspector very difficult. I have been certified by the premier inspection school, the Homespection Training Institute (HSTI). In addition, I am a proud member the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), which is the world’s largest, most elite non-profit inspection association. I have been certified by HSTI for home inspections, radon, as well as mold inspections. In addition, I am licensed by the State of Ohio to conduct Radon testing and Wood Destroying Insects (termite) inspections.
